Ms. Horner joined Demand Side Analytics in 2021 after completing a Master’s degree in Economics at Georgia Tech, where she also served as a graduate research assistant in the School of Public Policy. Her research interests lie in using quantitative methods to assess the effectiveness and economics of different policy interventions. She is experienced in several statistical programming languages including Stata, Python, and R.
