Grayson joined the Demand Side Analytics team in 2024. He brings a wealth of experience in data analytics, ranging from implementing ensemble methods for social service organizations to researching ESG data extraction pipelines using multi-modal AI. He holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is proficient in Python, R, and SQL, with expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization. He was the recipient of the Betty Scott Excellence Scholarship for contributions to diversity in STEM in 2023 and of Tulane Founder’s Award Scholarship in 2020. Before his career in analytics, Grayson served New Orleans as an emergency medical technician.
