Your perspective helps shape programs that affect customers like you. Here is what to expect if you receive an invitation, and how to confirm a study is genuine.
We conduct studies on behalf of utilities, regulators, and other energy organizations. If you received an invitation, it is because you are a customer or participant of one of those organizations, and they asked us to gather feedback on their behalf. Your contact information is provided to us solely for that study.
You are never required to take part, and choosing not to will not affect your service, rates, or relationship with your utility. You can stop a survey at any time.
If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of these, do not respond. Please forward it to admin@demandsideanalytics.net.
Some studies offer a thank-you, such as an electronic gift card, for completing the survey. When a study offers one, the invitation explains what it is and how it will be delivered. We will never ask for payment or financial details to send it.
Every invitation includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly, and we will remove you from further invitations for that study.

Contact the organization named in the invitation using contact details you already trust, such as the phone number on your bill or its official website.
